The Ark Trust Ltd (Reg. Charity No. 1098204) is a charity that enhances the lives of people with disabilities, by means of access to and participation in the arts and new media. It also houses Dis:Course, which provides information, advice and support for people with disabilities and FACT Wokingham, which provides support for civil society organisations in Wokingham. 

We are currently developing a supported relationship service called Umbrella with the community teams for people with learning disabilities in Wokingham and east Berkshire, and are looking for people to act as chaperone's on first dates.  If you are interested in getting involved in this project call 01183800107 or email info@theark.org.uk.
