ArtsPulse – Music and Dance Fun

Who is this for?
For people who want to take part in music, movement and dance games and activities regardless of their level of mobility. A great way to keep fit!

What will I learn?

Self expression and creativity
Develop basic numeracy skills
Improved communication skills
Increase your level of fitness
Develop motor skills, co-ordination and mobility

Entry requirements for this session
Open to all people, but if you need extra support bring someone to help you in the session.

How will I learn?
You will be supported by a tutor. The course will give individuals the opportunity to work at their own level and pace within the group.

What will I need to bring with me?
Wear comfortable clothes so you can move around. If you have any favourite music you like to dance or sing along to – you are welcome to bring your own CDs.
