For people who would like to learn more about the community they live in and who want to improve their communication skills.

Information and history about the local area
Improved communication and language skills

Learn how to work by yourself as well as in a team

Self-advocacy skills

Entry requirements for this session
Open to all people, but if you need extra support bring someone to help you in the session.

How will I learn?
You will be supported by a tutor. The course will give individuals the opportunity to work at their own level and pace within the group. You will help decide what the group will learn about and the activities it will do.

What will I need to bring with me?
Wear comfortable clothes so you can move around and bring a folder to keep all your worksheets and paper in.
