volunteer network supporting the community.

Community Response
Short term practical help and support for people who live in Bracknell Forest.
If you are a resident of Bracknell Forest with a disability, long term health condition or are an unpaid carer AND
-
are self-isolating due to COVID-19, flu or other infectious illness, OR
-
have a short term health condition / undergoing treatment that makes you vulnerable to illnesses. e.g. chemotherapy
AND have no local support available from friends, family or professionals,
then our volunteer network can support you with urgent prescription collections, short term shopping support and other practical tasks.
This is not a replacement for adult social care support or Home from Hospital.

Community Transport
A door-to-door volunteer transport service for people who live in Bracknell Forest

Do you have reduced mobility or a disability?

Have no car, friends/family available or public transport links.

Need help getting to the GP, social groups, friends, shopping, classes and more…
You do not need to register with the service.
This is not a taxi service or a replacement to patient transport.
You must book in advance. There is no guarantee of availability.
