We run lots of different social groups to enable people to get out and about, meet friends and try new experiences.

A weekly disco and social night for people with disabilities who are aged 18+.

 

There is no bar or tuck shop at the venue. Please bring your own drinks and snacks.

If you usually have support, please bring them with you.

Out and About supports people to access activities and events in the community.

Activities, trips and hmini-breaks are based on what people say they want to do.

Volunteer

We are looking for volunteers to work alongside our staff to help with social groups and activities. This could be helping out at Friday Night Project, going to the cinema with a group to watch the latest action movie or serving tea and cake at one of our popular tea dances.
